Again I say that people got their tax refunds and spent them so the retail numbers for April should be up. 550,000 people just lost their jobs again and factory production is down, inventories are still falling and the increase in sales was mostly noted in discount retailers. So what will it look like in 2 months with no stimulus checks and no tax refunds? Why entrepreneurs aren't so optimistic about the economy.
